It’s all about a high level of service that is backed up with expertise and knowledge. When we started working with RTX Solutions, we already had a strong trust-based relationship with their head technician, Jamie–and followed him from his former company. We have not had any major issues, and were most pleased with the smooth move we had to a new location.
